We are a full-service, attorney owned law firm based on the Emerald Coast of Florida. We offer legal representation to our clients in corporate formation and disputes, construction issues, association representation, project development, real estate planning, zoning, aquisitions and title closings. Eastburn & Associates was formed out of a passion for real estate law and all things related and a determination to deliver to our clients the service they deserve.
OUR PAST
Sasha L. Eastburn, PA was started in 2007 by attorney Sasha L. Eastburn. The firm handled general litigation matters, complex family law and real estate litigation to simple estate planning and title closings.
OUR PRESENT
The law firm known today as Eastburn Law Firm, PA is still guided by the same principles and our firm remains steadfast in the pursuit of our clients' goals. Built on integrity, reliability, hard work, and devotion to family and clients, we are a firm that works for you and that will continue to shape our future.
OUR FUTURE
The practice of law is undergoing a fundamental transformation. The reports show a minimal increase in the percentage of new lawyers over the next 10 years primarily due to the changes in technology.
